Suckafish is a three piece power reggae/rock trio based out of Colorado's western slope. The group began as a small-town cover band comprised of Cameron Hawkins on guitar, Stephen Mann on bass guitar, and Cameron's father John Hawkins on drums. The group took the turn to their current status upon acquiring the current drummer, Derek Suiter. The reggae/classic rock feel became almost immediate among the group.

  

   Their first time playing out as a group was a birthday party for a friend Ashley. The party presented the opportunity to jam along-side local greats, Zolopht. The party with Zolopht sparked the musical endeavor currently underway by the trio.
